The first step is to make a service booking, this can be done by clicking the “Book Now” button on the home page of this web site, we will confirm a date with you shortly after we receive your request. If you would prefer you click on call us or simply dial 021 337 450 from you phone and we will be happy to take your booking over the phone.

On your scheduled date, we will have one of our service technicians assess and repair your appliance.

If your appliance requires new parts, then we will quote you a price before proceeding with the repair.

If your appliance requires workshop attention, we will contact you to arrange a collection date. We may need to provide another quote upon receipt of your appliance into the workshop.

Upon completion, we will call you to arrange the delivery and installation of your appliance.
